Three vehicle MVA; two defendants remained on the jury charge. Three Plaintiffs demanded a combined $45,000.00 for alleged bodily injuries, but only recover a combined $11,000 from the jury. Because Milan's client was found to be 50% responsible, the award against his client will be cut in half to $5,500.00.
